1. Scope

(1) These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts concluded via our online shop between
Interius Solutions GmbH, Manggasse 17, 97421 Schweinfurt, Germany,
and you as our customer.

(2) Our offer is primarily directed at business customers (B2B).
A business customer is any natural or legal person acting in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity within the meaning of §14 BGB.

(3) For consumers within the meaning of §13 BGB, the statutory withdrawal right applies as described in Section 4.
For business customers, no right of withdrawal exists.

(4) By placing an order, you accept these GTC.

 

2. Subject of the Contract

(1) With your one-time purchase, you receive access to the Water Marketing Academy, a digital self-learning program consisting of multiple modules, videos, and materials.

(2) Access is granted for 185 days from activation.

(3) At the end of the access period, you may be offered an optional Lifetime Upgrade.
The Lifetime Upgrade extends your access indefinitely.
It does not renew or alter the original contract but supplements it with extended access rights.
The conditions for the Lifetime Upgrade follow these GTC.

(4) The Academy is delivered fully online as a digital product.
No live coaching obligation exists unless explicitly included through bonus services.

 

3. Conclusion of Contract

(1) The presentation of products in the online shop is not a legally binding offer.

(2) By clicking “Buy now”, you submit a binding order.

(3) The contract becomes effective once we confirm your order by email or activate your access.

 

4. Right of Withdrawal

(1) For consumers, a statutory 14-day withdrawal right applies.

(2) Because the Academy is digital content, the withdrawal right expires as soon as you agree to early access and we activate your account.

(3) Business customers do not have a withdrawal right.

(4) The statutory withdrawal instructions can be found at the end of these GTC and apply only to consumers.

 

5. Access and Account Responsibility

(1) To use the Academy, you must create an account with accurate information.

(2) You are responsible for keeping your login data confidential.
Sharing access with third parties is not permitted.

 

6. Prices and Payment Processing

(1) All prices include VAT where applicable.
For customers outside Germany or for EU businesses with a valid VAT ID, VAT may be reversed under the reverse-charge mechanism.

(2) Payment is processed via external payment providers such as Stripe.

(3) VAT is calculated automatically based on your billing country. You will receive an invoice via email after your purchase.

 

7. Payment Terms, Offsetting, and Retention Rights

(1) The purchase price is due immediately.

(2) Offsetting is only permitted if your claims are legally established or undisputed.

(3) A right of retention may be exercised only if your claim arises from the same contractual relationship.

 

8. Bonus Services (Q&A Calls)

Bonus services such as individual or group Q&A calls may be included with the Academy.
These services are voluntary bonuses.
Art, format, frequency and availability may be adjusted or discontinued at any time.
No entitlement to a specific number, duration or continued availability of bonus sessions exists.

 

9. Liability

(1) We are liable for intent and gross negligence.

(2) For simple negligence, liability is limited to essential contractual obligations and foreseeable damages.

(3) Liability for injuries to life, body or health and claims under the Product Liability Act remains unaffected.

 

10. Copyright

All Academy content including videos, texts, graphics, PDFs and templates is protected by copyright.
Any use beyond personal access is not permitted.

 

11. Data Protection

We process personal data solely for fulfilling the contract.
Details are provided in our Privacy Policy. 

 

12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

(1) German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

(2) For business customers, the place of jurisdiction is Schweinfurt, Germany.
For consumers, statutory rules apply.

 

 

Withdrawal Instructions (for Consumers Only)

 

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period begins on the date of contract conclusion.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we refund all payments received from you within 14 days.

 

Expiry of Withdrawal Right

Your withdrawal right expires as soon as we have activated your access to the digital content and you have agreed to early performance.
